Problem With ROX-CLib On FreeBSD-9.x

Steps to discover problem

1: Install FreeBSD or PC-BSD 9.x on machine
2: After installing all relevant ROX/Zero Install ports attempt to
install ROX-CLib either using (a) 0install or (b) tar.gz unzipped
3: Fail
4: Don't ask a non-techy for a technical explanation. EVER.
