Theming symlink and mounted/unmounted emblems

It has been noted that attempting to use your gtkrc-2.0 file to change the
icons drawn to mark files as symlinks or mount points doesn't work. This is
because they got loaded and cached divorced from any style information. At
http://kerofin.demon.co.uk/~stephen/git/rox-filer/ I've changed it so that
they get looked up with the correct style. This allows things like
style "newsym" {
stock["rox-symlink"] = {
{"my-symlink.png", *, *, "rox-mount-size"}
}
}
widget "*rox-filer*" style "newsym"
in ~/.gtkrc-2.0 to work. The drawback is it does a lot of lookups of the
icons, possibly slowing it down. I was thinking of caching the results per
filer window/panel/pinboard in a GHashTable if it becomes an issue.
