Can't Create 0alias For 0install SeaMonkey Feed

What am I doing wrong?

0alias seamonkey 0launch -- 
http://afb.users.sourceforge.net/zero-install/interfaces/seamonkey2.xml
Usage: 0alias [options] alias [interface [command]]

Creates a script in the first usable directory in $PATH
(/home/mark/bin) to run 'interface' unless overridden by --dir.
If no interface is given, edits the policy for an existing alias.
For interfaces providing more than one command, the desired command
may also be given.

Options:
   -h, --help         show this help message and exit
   -m, --manpage      show the manual page for an existing alias
   -r, --resolve      show the URI for an alias
   -V, --version      display version information
   -d DIR, --dir=DIR  install in DIR
