I got bored and started doing some programming :)

Please pass this on to the fireman.

Proposed operation.

At switch on, all digits will be tested by briefly displaying an 8.
Temperature will show whatever the the probe reads.
Time will show as 0 minutes and 00 seconds.
The unit will be in the Reset state.

If the unit is in the Reset state, pressing the Run button will start time
counting.

If the unit is in the Running state, pressing the Stop button will freeze the
display so only the final temperature and time will show.

Pressing Reset at any time will zero the time and re-enable temperature reading.
