You mean I should open a filer window and type 0install --gui and that will make the Lib behave as I'm offline and stop the problem? The machines in question are normally online. And I sometimes get multiple calls for 0install during a single use of Archive to put a directory of files into one archive file. So I want to stop this problem even when normally online.
