Recursive Display Settings

Hi

I made recursive display settings.
Now we can save display settings as parent/*.
Sub directorys will search parent settings having /* until root.

And I optimized the loading process again.
Now, on my PC, a directory having over 90000! items wills open in three sec,
even first time, though have to be small icons mode, ascii and no thumbs.
Make sure the option "fast width calc" in the Display added by me is checked too.
