Sub Directory Thumbs

Hi

I made some options around thumbnails again.

-Image thumbnails on sub directory
There is the way to use .DirIcons as thumbs though.
This is mainly for memory.

-Auto generation  of sub dir thumbs.
When a sub dir has no thumbs created,
this process tries to create all or 999 thumbs automatically.

-Small 64px size disk cache
Fast

-0 sec purge time of memory cache.
In a test case, mamory usage is 800MB -> 60MB.
