Multi Thread And Transparent Panel

Hi

I added some features to rox.

- multi thread.
It is used of disk acesses.

- multi process for generating of thumbs.
You can set max processes.

- ctime, atime sort.
There seem to be some peoples who want that.

- transparent panel

I cut 3 loops and some sorts.
If you had 100000 files in a dir
you could recognize the difference.
