Update of Window Link

Hi.

I made Window Link in other time

but it was only working well on Openbox and only assigned to mouse.

Now it is assigined to keys, and it works on gnome well.
On xfce, it is only good for mouse operations though
It is also assigned to scroll on the free space of the toolbar.

So just scroll the toolbar
Then you will see the rox's true quickness.
