Thanks for the pointer. As far as I can tell that commit is not in any tag so
I don't think there was a release including it. Debian unstable has 1.4.4 so
it would make sense to update to 1.5.0 anyway but that still wouldn't include
the fix.

I can check for backporting it but if there's an upcoming release better wait
for it.
