Hebrew translation was generated for the netload plugin (and for datetime,
fsguard, sensors-plugin, showdesktop, weather and xmms-plugin).
but the translation is not functional (after generating an mo file and placing
it under /usr/share/locale/he_IL.UTF-8/LC_MESSAGES )

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. The translated files were submitted to the i18n mailing list
2. Download the files
3. Place them correctly
4. Restart Xfce

Actual Results:  
Translation is not functional

Expected Results:  
Hebrew translated plugin

from 21.02.05
