Summary: xfce4-weather fails to save weather info in xfce 4.2

Details: Ever since I updated to xfce 4.2 xfce4-weather doesn't load any weather data -- I tried re-selecting the city from the menu, erasing the contents of ~/.xfce4 and ~/.config/xfce4, and restarting xfce4-panel but the tooltip still says "cannot update weather data".
