xfce4-battery-plugin bug

Hello,

I am using Xfce4 on my notebook and like it a lot.
However, there is a small bug in the battery plugin: when disconnecting
the power supply, the plugin keeps telling that the battery is charging,
which causes the plugin not to warn when the battery status is getting
critical (causing the notebook to drop out suddenly, when I forget to
plug in the power cord).

I found a patch at
http://developer.berlios.de/patch/?func=detailpatch&patch_id=252&group_id=910,
which seems to be applied to CVS. However the last release of
xfce4-battery-plugin that I can find is from september 2003
(http://developer.berlios.de/project/showfiles.php?group_id=910).

Since I am using the debian packages from
http://www.os-cillation.de/debian (which are afaik based on releases), I
have to recompile the battery plugin with the patch each time the
package is reinstalled.

Is would be nice if someone could create a new release for the battery
plugin, so that in later releases of the debian packages this bug will
be solved.

Thanks,

Michael De Nil
