[Bug 660] Taskbar plugin causes panel to 'shake' when available space changes using "Expand to fill screen"

	Hi:

	I've also seen this behaviour on the last stable Debian
distro.

	But, I do not have this problem nor on Slackware 9.1 neither
on Slackware 10.0
