Hi, I don't know, but you could try to find the author's email, either
on the main page, or in the source files and send him a personal mail.

Hmm, maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a list of contacts for each
module. Like:

Package   : xfce4-fancypants-plugin
Contact(s): [email protected], [email protected]

Some spam-prevention might be in order though, in that case...
