xfce speedfreq panel plugin

Hi everybody. I used to get tired of using "speedfreq -p" every time I 
wanted to change the cpu policy so I wrote an xfce panel plugin. What 
can I do to bring it to the world ? (if I'm not the only one who find it 
useful). There is an archive there if you are interested :

It is not complete (eg there is no support for the "fixed" policy), but 
I don't need much more so I won't do it unless other people are 
interested in.
