Alright, looks like you used gettextize to generate stuff. For Xfce we use
glib-gettextize, which makes things a lot simpler. Actually, since 4.2.2 we
use the xfce4-dev-tools package (only available from svn) and don't keep any
generated files around.

It would be a lot easier if you would use one of these options as well, if
only for consistency. I think you should be able to simply copy a
po/Makefile.in.in from another plugin, remove the intl/ directory (it's not
needed), and rerun autogen.sh.
