Done. Try it now.

Here's what I did:

  * configure.ac: remove GNU_GETTEXT macros and replace with BM_I18N,
    change version to 0.8.1.
  * po/Makefile.in.in: copy from weather plugin
  * Makefile.am, intl/: remove everything in intl/ directory.
  * run ./autogen.sh.

Let's hope that will work,
