hotplug devices?

Hi all,

is there some way to automatically mount hotplug devices (USB sticks, CD-ROM's etc) in xfce? How are you guys using these devices?

I am using Ubuntu Linux, and I haven't found a way to make such devices show up in /etc/fstab. Gnome or KDE detect them automatically and create a desktop icon, but what about xfce?
