Hmm, maybe we should add something about this on the website...

Anyway, you can get access to the xfce-goodies project by sending your
berlios login name to anyone with maintainer permissions (e.g. to me or
benny or bernhard, or...) and after you've been added to the project, you
can import your sources in SVN and do file releases.

What kind of panel plugin were you talking about?
