Sensors plugin with hddtemp availability

just finished implementing the hddtemp feature for the new panel 4.3.22
and above. if some people would try after saving their config, i'd be
very glad.

simply checkout xfce4-sensors-plugin/trunk from berlios svn.

comments and requests for enhancements are very welcome.

translations would also like to become updated for the new panel API and
the hddtemp feature.
