Mini-command-line and gmrun tab-completion

Gmrun has some nice features (the way tab completion is implemented)
that should be incorporated intor the mini-command-line. The fact that
gmrun uses gtk and that it does not use any button (like mcl) should
help matters. It might also worth looking for ideas regarding xfrun4.
