Ah, I see. Well, I can't find xfce4-dev-tools for 4.2.2. I can only find
them for 4.3.0. I have xfce4-4.2.2 installed. When I install the tools for
4.3.0 and then run autoconf.sh, it finishes but complains about
libxfce4panel not being the correct version. There are other errors also.

It looks like this is really just for xfce4 4.3.
