Bug #5565, was updated on 2005-Nov-06 21:14 Here is a current snapshot of the bug. Project: Goodies for the Xfce desktop Category: None Status: Open Resolution: None Bug Group: None Priority: 5 Submitted by: rainer_alves Assigned to : none Summary: GTK 2.8 breaks the taskbar plugin Details: I've upgraded GTK to version 2.8 on my FreeBSD box, and it seriously breaks the taskbar plugin, here is the screenshot: http://www.powered.net/rainer/xfce_taskbarplugin_gtk28.jpg It looks like the plugin no longer grabs each button's width correctly, and thus doesn't wrap the label properly, putting all labels on top of each other. Note that I've recompiled all xfce pieces after the GTK upgrade, and everything else works perfectly fine. PS: Everything was upgraded using the ports system. -- Rainer Alves For detailed info, follow this link: http://developer.berlios.de/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=5565&group_id=910
