clipman button image does not scalate, but the other buttons images do

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. get the latest xfce version
2. install clipman
3. resize the panel to a small size

Actual Results:  
the image (icon or wathever) of the clipman button does not scalate to fit the
button

Expected Results:  
scalate the image so that the button does not look like a toast with excess cheese

i was using debian sid (unstable), with everything up to date, this has been
happening since a long time, my resolution was set at 1024*768
