New plugin: Timer and updates to XMMS plugin

   Hi,

   I committed the changes to the XMMS plugin and imported the timer plugin 
tree into xfce-goodies SVN repository. Both versions require 4.4 panels. 
I'll release packages when XFCE 4.4 is released. You can also use the 
packages I sent to this list in November.
