Well, you don't have libxfce4panel from svn ;-)

try to use xfce4-mount-plugin-0.3 from berlios
(http://download.berlios.de/xfce-goodies/xfce4-mount-plugin-0.3.2.tar.bz2) or a prepackaged version if available.

at berlios or svn, always look at the comments and notes at first to
find out whether it already requires the new 4.3/4.4 panel.

same will apply if you try to build the current svn panel.
