Updates i18n stuffs

Hi,

As you've already known, i18n stuffs in the xfce-goodies are
modified by me. Some keeps 4.2.x structure, some gets changed
for the new panel system, while they're located in the trunk
tree.

If possible, please create 4.2 branch for the old ones, trunk
might be supposed to used with the latest panel. Also, if my
modifying prevents your layout plan actually, feel free to
revert them.

One thing I've been wondering is why there're so many auto-
generated files are imported? perhaps it required on some
platforms (like FreeBSD or Solaris, hmm not sure) though.
