That's odd. Are you sure your session bus is functioning properly? The
plugin prints error messages about DBus connectivity problems, so
~/.xsession-errors might contain some info. You could also try running
`dbus-monitor` and see how it reacts when you send a message to the
plugin.

This is pretty easy to implement, so I try to remember to add it.

Yeah, Brian's quite busy with other stuff, so the refactoring is
proceeding quite slowly, but the plugin should work fine with the
current svn version. It's only a matter of keeping the plugin updated.
