It works here, at least a plugin doesn't crash anymore, the
problems still remain are, as Jannis said, verve isn't focused
(while right click shows a menu properly) and a property dialog
keeps showing English as-is (confirmed GETTEXT_PACKAGE is
"verve-plugin", a message object located in the
"/usr/local/share/locale/ja/LC_MESSAGES/verve-plugin.mo").
