2 things:
-I like the menu on the left
-I think that in general, we are using too large fonts. Also the left menu 
(wich is nice) take too much place.

But I think this is going the right way.

I already thought at that possibility, and I think it will rapidly become usefull, 
and even necessary. Also I'm more in favor of a database backend, because I think
it would be easier to program (not matter of file format for example), and offer
us more flexibility. 
Also i can look at the database schema when I would have some time.
