1) XKB switcher doesn't react to setxkbmap. <a
href="http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=674">BUG 674</a>
2) The indicated layout flag / code does not correspond with the real layout,
but is shifted by one or the "default" 'PC' is shown.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install multiple keyboard layouts, eg. [EN, IT, HU]
2. click on the applet.

Actual Results:  
the current keyboard layout and the indicated code does not correspond:
  ...
  layout: EN shown: PC
  layout: IT shown: EN
  layout: HU shown: IT
  layout: EN shown: PC
  ...

Expected Results:  
1) + 2) XKB should reflect the correct keyboard layout currently set.
