Oops, a slight mistake in the information on x86. Didn't carefully check to make sure I was looking at the highest clocked chips sold. There is actually a 2.8 Ghz dual core Opteron out, the Opteron 2220, which would make 23.3 mkeys/sec. And even though the Core 2 architecture is slightly less efficent at RC5 than the Opterons, the fastest dual core Core 2 chip is 3.2 Ghz which would make 23.8 mkeys/sec, narrowly beating out the Opteron 2220.
