Bert,
I have the CPU client start as a service, and put the cuda.bat file as  
a registry entry, but putting them both in the startup folder should  
also work (but I haven't tested it).  I believe the critical  
requirement is to have "-multiok=1" in the command line starting the  
second instance of dnetc.  I have also put it in the dnetc.ini file.
