I am having similar problems on one machine with dual monitors. It seems the dnet screen saver multiplexer does not grok dual monitors. My wife's single monitor machine works fine with the CUDA client and screen saver. My multi-monitor, water cooled monster workstation does not. I have to turn CUDA on and off with a couple batch files. Running the CUDA client (and I assume Stream) trashes your screen update speed, so the only really viable way to use it and get any work done is to use the multiplexer - or manually kill the CUDA client.
