CUDA on Integrated Video Card

Hello, I just purchased a new Motherboard that has the Nvidia 8300. Based on the nvidia website, CUDA is supported on this hardware. I was wondering if someone has had any problems running DNETC on this hardware? I am using Linux (Ubuntu 9.04). There is only CUDA drivers 2.3 available from the Nvidia website, will that cause any problems, with the current software release for 2.2? This hardware is setup as a server, so I dont' have any monitor, installed.
