The proxies are unrelated to the stats hardware.

The affected proxy is currently removed from DNS and shouldn't be utilized
while it's at issue. It has accumulated quite a bit of data and we are
working to get it pushed through the network and bring the proxy back
online, which unfortunately is taking longer than expected.
