Drop the ./ in front of dnetc. That is for UNIX systems.

stop your current client and then get to a command line...
 
cd \your_client_install_directory
 
./dnetc -flush
 
and be done...

Run with -flush ./dnetc -flush or similar, then swap out the
executable and continue. Or, just swap them and not worry about it.
