  Assuming the prospective Java/Python client behaves similarly to the 
other RC5/OGR clients, it would use all the idle time of the processor. 
Around 90%-100% of the CPU bandwidth, since most servers - even 
relatively busy ones - have mostly idle CPUs. I am the IT manager of a 
company with a mid-sized server farm, and most of them sit all day 
twiddling their thumbs.

Disk I/O and TCP/IP I/O is another story.

Anyway, the pricing schedule says that an hour of CPU time costs $0.10 
USD, so 24 hours * $0.10 per hour * 30 days = $72.00 per month.

This is not a very good deal if you ask me.

At those prices, I could pay for a killer overclocked gamer PC in less 
than 2 years - and I'd get to keep the hardware.

I just built a water cooled, overclocked I7-960 box for about $1500. It 
is cranking out 323 meganodes/ second on OGR right now:
