OGR keyserver issues?

Are there OGR keyserver issues going on? It looks like RC5 is working OK.
I am getting this on about 45 out of 55 of my cows - it has been going
on for about 10-14 days:

[Dec 08 17:48:22 UTC] The keyserver says: "distributed.net / cracking
keys in
idle time / many years to go"
