Appropriate client for 64-bit i5 CPU?

I've been running dnetc for over eight years, and I finally have a question for the list. Finally broke down and bought a super whoopy-do Dell desktop machine, running Win 7 Home Premium (64-bit) with the new Intel i5 CPU. Which client would be the appropriate one to use on this system? The video is supplied by the built-in motherboard connector, so I don't imagine any of the specialized builds will be right for this machine. Thanks!
