dnetc.com is not typically used, so you can delete it.  I usually delete 
everything except dnetc.exe on windoze boxes.

The dnet screen saver thing doesn't work very well on single monitor 
computers, and not at all on multiple monitor systems... So you don't 
really need the screen saver file.
