I found this blog post, by the person who was maintaining the client for Classic OS: http://blogs.distributed.net/2004/08/14/02/24/mfeiri/ Wasn't sure what else had changed with the project since that time, that would prevent someone from using the Classic OS software on the RC5-72 challenge since it was already going at that time. I don't know why I keep searching for Classic OS distributed computing apps, I haven't found a working one since they shut off the original SETI@Home back in December 2005. Obviously, my chances are getting slimmer all the time. But, there's still something in the back of my head that says "what if...?" since I still get use out of OS 9 every now and then.
