Feature Request: docs folder in release tarball

Hi djb,

for packaging cdb in nixpkgs I wanted to include the docs for offline
viewing. Since those are only available on cr.yp.to and not in the
release tarball, we have to scrape and mirror them manually at the
moment.

It would be nice if they were included in each release of cdb.

Same goes with releases of all other software, though I have only
looked at packaging cdb so far.

There is no license file as well, so going by your other software,
I=E2=80=99ve assumed it=E2=80=99s released as Public Domain.
Please correct me if that is wrong.
