-ERR authorization failed

Hi 

ive setup qmail as it says in the www.lifewithqmail.org, for Maildir. Ive
install qmailadmin and this works fine, meaning that i can add users and set
them passwords. But when i try to connect with a pop3 client(incredimail in
my case) the mail server says "-ERR authorization failed" even if im shure
that i use the right user and the right password

Can anybody help me please....
