qmial-pop3d problems

hello
i have installed qmail , and use qmailpop3d with releay ctrl

when i try to login he say
+OK
test
-ERR authorization first
pass test
-ERR unable to write pipe

any idead ? in logs i cant found (error)

b.) are other pop programms who can handle passwords like the qmail
(/home/mail/user/accounts/ etc...(user accounts directory/users directory
and passwd.cdb file)) added with a webmail (the accounts)
