Registered names modifications (was: Registration requests)

 For the net/minssl package, I would like to register the following
/command names:

 minssl-tunnel
 minsslconnect

 I would also like to free the following names:

 minssl-encrypt
 minssl-decrypt

 Since minssl has not been released yet, no package depends on those
commands, so it is okay to un-register them.


 For the admin/pipe-tools package, I would like to free the following
/command names:

 pipe-notify
 pipe-select
 pipe-wait

 Those commands have been advertised as obsolete and non-portable for a
long time, so it should be okay to un-register them. The next release of
admin/pipe-tools will not provide them ; external programs using old
versions of pipe-tools can still reach them via
/package/admin/pipe-tools-$VERSION/command/ .
