 Hi,

 I'd like to add the following /command names to the admin/execline
package:

 /command/elgetopt
 /command/shift
 /command/dollarat

 These commands are meant to provide some getopt-style option
parsing in execline scripts.

 There is no previous "elgetopt" or "dollarat" command, as far as I
know ; it is more difficult to know whether "shift" has been used
before, but since it is a shell reserved word, like "cd" or "umask",
I believe that no such command exists yet.

 Could you also register /command/piperw ?
