Registration request

 Hi,

 I'd like to add the following /command names to the admin/pipe-tools
package:

 /command/npt-supervise
 /command/npt-svc

 These commands are interface-compatible reimplementations of
daemontools' supervise and svc commands ; they also support more
control bytes and the pipe-tools instant notification mechanism.
