registration request

I would like to register the following /command name for the admin/runit
package

 /command/svlogd

svlogd is a service logging daemon designed to be run from log/run
files. 

I'm not aware of any name space collisions, I checked google and
 $ w3m -dump http://cr.yp.to/slashcommand/used |grep svlogd
 $ w3m -dump http://cr.yp.to/slashcommand/list.html |grep svlogd
